Getting in great shape physically and mentally can be extremely difficult. There is so much to learn and it can seem very confusing and overwhelming at times. That is why I have created the Super Self Academy! To keep people in a "good place" with support, community and coaching that will inspire, motivate and educate members to succeed.
As a member, you will be taken through an exciting "4-Week Positive Transformation Journey" to kickstart your health & happiness.
During these 4 weeks you can expect to feel more energy, worry less, smile more, increase confidence and LEARN the key habits required to transform physically, mentally and emotionally.
What happens after the first 4 weeks?
Well, I would be lying if I said that all your problems would be solved in just 4 weeks! The truth is, it takes time and practice. Nothing great that's worth having comes quick and easy...
I know this, from over a decade of coaching people. What people need is structure and security. A consistent reminder of good practice and an environment that's positive and pure.
That's why after you initial 4-weeks, you enter the membership process on an ongoing basis, recieving a coaching video every week and weekly group coaching calls.
This process keeps you on track and keeps you learning. We are always a work in progress and living healthy and happy is a commitment.
As well as the initial 4-week journey, the weekly group coaching calls, the weekly video lesson and access to the video vault, you will also get access to a whole range of bonus content including a WORKOUT video vault, a RECIPE reel and additional interviews conducted with some top industry experts and professionals.
